I was a walk in to OAL urgent care WS and they fit me in. Was seen with in the hour. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Tocks was very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel very good about the visit and diagnosis. I would definitely make an appointment to see him again if needed. Definitely recommend him to friends and family.

This office is run very efficiently. Since no lengthy paperwork was required, checking in was simple. I was impressed to be seen promptly at the appointment time.Each staff member I encountered was courteous and helpful. He was very pleasant and listen to my concerns. Looked intently at my injury and made suggestion as to how to treat. Would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Tocks is an excellent surgeon and my experience with total hip arthroplasty by anterior approach went well and with no complications.
Easy check-in. I was early & they did call me a little early for my appointment. Not too much of a wait. Dr. Tocks is personable, friendly, assured, and creates a friendly rapport with patients. I've seen other doctors at this practice as well, and have always had a good experience.
He was on time. Knew exactly what the problem was. Explained everything and contacted my family doctor as to what he did.
He explained in detail my xray and the problems with my knee.. Told me what happens before and after surgery and made sure I understood what he had explained.
Doctor explained condition well and gave his recommendation of cortisone shot put me at ease. If I go back will definitely reaquestvhim
