The entire process from first discussions about having hip surgery through post-surgery follow ups went very smoothly. The communication between the doctor and the patient via Care Sense throughout the process works very well. I appreciated being assigned and meeting with the nurse navigator and physical therapist prior to surgery to review all of the necessary steps and make sure all essential exercises were understood. I highly recommend Dr Tocks for knee replacement surgery. He has put together a great program with excellent information that takes you from a month before surgery to at least 6 weeks after surgery. He called me the night before surgery (a total surprise) and patiently answered questions that my husband and I had. He connects you with a nurse navigator to answer all your questions and prepare you for surgery. He is caring and kind - just what you want in a physician.
Dr. Tocks recenty did my second total hip surgery, couldn’t be more satisfied. His combination of bedside matter and being a great surgeon is second to none. His P.A Jennifer Felix makes them a great team. I highly recommend Dr Tocks and orthopedic associates of Lancaster.

I had a total knee replacement in early March of 2022. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. The staff is courteous and professional and Dr. Tocks explained what to expect in the weeks following surgery. If you do your part as the patient with the at home exercises and physical therapy then you can expect great results as the surgery is only part of the process. Again thank you to the entire team.
