In a city full of plastic surgeons, it can be overwhelming and honestly dissapointing. This office howevr is a well run office where you can tell the staff is happy and cares about their patients. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very genuine! Although I did experience a slight wait, i relaized quickly that it is because Dr Stevens and his staff make certain you leave with all of your questions answered and feeling comfortable enough to make a decision. I had wonderful surgery here. I flew in from Brazil for body repair. The staff was amazing and the nurses, specially Maria were really attentive and respond all my questions with smile. I would recommend that office 110%.
Not only is Dr. Stevens an artful surgeon he is a wonderful human being. He has been my doctor / surgeon several times and now some of my family members have gone to him for care. I literally cannot think of one negative comment that has been shared with me about him. Each person I have referred has been more pleased than the last. Dr. Stevens is truly in a league of his own.
I only gave Dr. Stevens a four for punctuality because he gives every patient how ever much time they need, so that might put his schedule a bit behind, but rest assured that you will get all of the attention that you need when it is your turn! He is a very talented surgeon and he really cares about his patients. His staff is warm and accommodating. Everyone is very knowledgeable.
