Secretary Claudia completely rude and disrespectful to patients & parents!! Lying about her work ethic and gets confused on whether or not she makes proper phone calls about patient information. Definitely disgusted with the way Claudia handled a simple situation with a concerned parent! I Will never return to this office since Gillian Simmons is no longer apart of the department.
Dr Simmons has been my children pediatrician for 18 years. My oldest is now moving onto a general practice doctor. She and all of the nurses have been a wonderful group of caring health care professionals. Dr Simmons took the time to really research issues when they appeared in our lives. She would personally call to see how the decisions we made collectively were producing results. I’m fortunate we found Dr Simmons. Any young family would be fortunate to have her as a part of their team. Thank you.
My 14 year old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Simmons for her whole life. We don’t always get to see Dr. Simmons but her entire staff of nurses and N.P. are all very nice and knowledgable. When we do see Dr Simmons, especially for annual check-ups, she makes my daughter feel very comfortable. She’s kind and attentive and (unlike most other doctors) doesn’t make us feel rushed. So my daughter have diarrhea and I call for a appointment with dr Simmons she have not been wanting to eat or drink and I need her to be seen the nurse that spoke with me was so rude and so unhelpful and doesn’t think that she should be seen and also is telling me that she is not sure that they can be helpful or cure her like are you serious????never bringing my daughter or any kid to this facility.
