This doctor is one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. My fiancé had a stroke and has a hard time speaking because of his aphasia so I have to speak for him. This doctor was unbelievable. He really needs to be retired. He has no bedside manners and it’s just an awful human, we ended up telling him that this wasn’t going to work for us and we were leaving. I too, wish I could give zero, or negative stars. This man was absolutely horrendous! He is designed to be against the patient, clearly. And, while I understand the way insurance works and how they like to fight people who are TRULY injured, that doesn’t mean you have to be unprofessional and behave so disgusting. BEWARE! This Dr? Is extending unprofessional and very rude. I was in a car accident where we were rear ended feim behind by a truck . It was the fault of the other driver as my husband said we were sttting still at a red light and the driver pounded us from behind. I took my 76 old father there for help for a specific diagnosis that was written on doctors referral. Dr.Gerling asked why are you here then started I can’t help you. So why did you take the appointment for testing you don’t do. So after stated that he rudely and arrogantly asked questions that didn’t pertain. My father is a patient looking to get help he doesn’t need someone to be rude with especially someone you paying for medical attention. Dr.Gerling also stated that he is 85 years old.
