Dr. Girasole performed emergency cervical spine fusion surgery on me with his teammate Dr. Mintz, essentially reversing and thus preventing paralysis from the chest down. Words cannot adequately express my thanks to him and his entire surgical team (who went above and beyond that night) along with his support staff in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Girasole and Team!
I have been seeing Dr. Girasole for 10 years now. He performed my first back surgery 10 years ago. I could barely move when I went to see him the first time. I had a lumbar fusion and felt brand new. Fast forward 10 years and I had pain again probably from years of dancing and being a tad harsh on my body. I needed another lumbar fusion & it was a success!
Dr. Girasole is the only doctor who listened to me and took what I had to say seriously. He explained every step to me clearly and help me understand all that is going on. If I could give a higher rating it would be off the charts. Highly recommend for everyone I come in contact with. Amazing doctor with a good bedside manner and he cares for his patients.
I’ve ( unfortunately) had 4 separate back fusions. I would definitely recommend Dr Girasole. Even after all my surgeries, my flexibility is fantastic, and I have no issues with my day to day activities!
had a c3 c4 fusion done 12 years ago and did a great job just had my c4 to c7 fusion done in February Dr Girasole had done a great job and he has a great attitude, he gets right to the point and listens to you and his staff is also amazing will always go back and my personal suggestion he is one of the best!!!!!

Thank you Dr. Girasole for your professional and caring manner. Although he could not do my surgery due to COVID exposure he called me on a holiday eve to explain that he asked an associate, Dr. Russo, to operate. He also visited me in the hospital to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend him, Dr. Russo, and CT Orthopedics.
Dr. Girasole is absolutely the best orthopedic surgeon out there! I was in excruciating pain and unable to walk. He took over from the time of our first office visit, from pre surgery, to surgery and post surgery. Dr Girasole took the time to answer all of my questions. He and Dr. Mintz work alongside of each other like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend Dr. Girasole to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon!
