Dr. Chai is one of the best doctors, I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. But the answering service is rude, condescending , and my calls for help seem to be ignored. Last year I had surgery, and had complications. So when I tried to call for help, I was ignored and transferred. I called Pentec and even they weren't able to get through to Dr Chai, finally I went to the office in desperate need to see him, and thankfully the staff got me in to see him the next day.
