he was rude every time i asked a question wouldnt answer it three othere doctors gave me a dianostic and he was the only one to come up with a different and wrong one and in his reports he put fruadulent info and stated he did test on me he never did he is a liar a shouldnt be alowed to be treating anything

When I entered the office in Lancaster, My APPOINTMENT WAS 4 HOURS RUNNING BEHIND TIME, THE RECEPTIONIST, I ASKED HER TO HELP ME GET THE REST OF THE MEDICAL RECORDS THAT THEYNEEDED TO READ. My first appt Dr. Balfour was 3 hours behind. Every appt after that he was an hour behind. Doctors offices are usually behind but this was rediculous. Dr. Balfour also could not diagnose my problem in 3 visits yet when I went to my PCP in one visit they diagnosed me. Maybe if I was an insurance patient and not workers comp he could have diagnosed me but I guess he works with the companies to try and say that it is not work related. Anyways I do not reccomend this office

As a retired RN, it quickly became obvious that Dr Balfour had the experience, knowledge, & skills to do what was in my best interest. I recovered & healed beautifully with NO CAST. Within 1 month I had full range of motion. Expect his office to be crowded which reflects his popularity & reputation.
