I’ve been with Dr. N. for the past 9 years & my adult children see him as well. He’s extremely knowledgeable & has diagnosed & treated a few issues I’ve had very successfully. Appointments are NEVER rushed, which I appreciate. He genuinely cares about his patients. His current staff is caring & competent. I can’t recommend Dr. Nicoloff enough!

I'm a nonagerian and a diabetic. Dr. Nicoloff has kept me healthy for more than 15 years. I take no drugs but do take vitamins and MetaGlycemic. Although I moved 5 years ago, I still make appointments with my "Diabetic Coach" to discuss any recommendations by another doctor. I know that Dr. Nicoloff researches almost every decision he makes regarding his patients.

I'm a bit Whilesurprised by the comments of discontent regarding office staff. I've been a patient of this office for years, and have seen absolutely none of what has been stated here. Dr. Nicoloff is as aware and sensitive to the staff representing him, as he is as a practitioner. I've interacted with all of them, including the addition of Jill. The staff members are RUDE. Jill, particularly has been rude to myself and my husband. I have been accused of a "no show" (which never existed), and told that Doctor Nicoloff was no longer accepting new patients, because I missed my initial appointment to establish care. After trying to clear the matter, I was cut short several times, and told that someone would contact me regarding the matter. I was told that there was no record of my visit, and that there was no record of me signing in on the date of my appointment. Which ... read more

Jill is an absolute disgrace to this establishment. She falsifies receipts and bills, overcharges, and then lies when she’s confronted regarding it. I got a “no-show” charge for an appointment that was never made by me. She said I received a reminder call for the appointment and I told her I did not. She asked me to bring in proof that I received no reminder call, which I did. She then proceeded to state to the billing department that my phone records were falsified and the charge stays. WHAT! The turnover rate at this office has resulted in a rude and poorly trained staff.Jill is the absolute worst.You cannot question anyone in the office about billing. Your response will be"call billing"If you bought supplements & paid your office visit billing has no clue.Jill will not give you a detail receipt nor is she willing to look at her ledger in which she writes everything down in.They are constantly double charging you. I have pressed this issue only to have the window shut in my face

His new office staff is rude. He and his staff were thoughtless and careless of my time. My family and I were patients of his for almost sixteen years. When I needed labs or x-rays I had to drive to a different facility where they could perform these simple tasks. I would recommend that you choose a different doctor.

Dr. Nicoloff is by far the best doctor my family and I have ever come in contact with for our medical need. He is very knowledgeable, caring and genuine. His office staff is amazing and we never have a long wait like most offices. He also spends about 15-20 minutes visiting with each patient which is unheard of, but graciously appreciated. I live and work approximately 30 - 40 minutes from the office, but have not once condidered searching for a new doctor. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nicoloff
