I was concerned that I had re-injured my shoulder but Dr. Sutherland diagnosed arthritis, gave me a steroid shot & set up PT.
Started off good. Nurse took info and wrote down everything that was an issue. Came to get me for an X-ray and that was very good. Went back to room to wait on Dr. He came in a few minutes later and was in exam room maybe 5 minutes. Did not go over X-ray with me but just said what he thought the issue was. I felt rushed and didn’t fill like there was enough time spent hearing about my issues.
From front office to x-ray to dr visit the experience was very thorough. Dr took time to explain my injury and recovery. Thank you!
