Dr Sutherland not only was my surgeon for shoulder replacement but being new to the area and not having a PCP yet he acted aas my my referral doctor to whatever specialist I needed. The man went way out of his way to get me back on my feet. I could not have asked for more.

Dr Sutherland is a very thorough and kind doctor. I went in with really bad pain in my knee and the next day I had no pain at all. He did surgery on my husband's knees and had him back to health in no time. I have recommended him to family members who are in desperate need of a good doctor such as him.

Made my first visit to Optum Orthopedics and was seen by Dr. Sunderland. Very patient and understanding of my issues. I will definitely be back when time to have knee replacements
I was able to get a timely appointment with Dr. Sutherland. I had broken my wrist and was seen the same day I called for an appointment, even though I was a new patient. Dr. Sutherland explained everything to me in plain English and reviewed my options and the likely outcomes of each. I chose surgery and he changed his schedule around to get me in the next day. The staff at Optim was excellent as well, and very supportive and courteous.
Dr. Sutherland did several test during the visit to make an assessment. Answered all questions to my understanding. What he recommended is working already.
