Dr. Peterson himself is great but I will be finding a new doctor solely because his billing has changed. I just received a bill for $250 from Millcreek hospital for a simple office visit I had in February to be treated for pink eye. I called my insurance and was told that I was billed office fees and hospital facility fees and if the provider is associated with a hospital, they can do that. We never got past the front desk to see him so we are giving a one star review. The front desk staff is terrible with terrible attitudes. The first time we went we arrived 15mins early as asked to fill out the paperwork. Then we proceeded to sit there for almost two hours and not get back into a room, come to find out they gave the kids rooms up to the several adults that came in well after us. The staff then proceeded to laugh at not having a kid room open and they laughed to were we could both hear and see them. We couldn'... read more
