Maybe they're nice if they know you? My mother and I encountered staff that was indifferent-bordering-on-rude--which is strange considering that there's so much competition in town and that Beaver's prices are high. I suspect that you need to be a townie to get the five star treatment. Guess they don't realize you only get one chance to make a good first impression.
I liked Dr Beaver ànd the staff The Triad Center Dr Beaver was sending me to for laser treatment did not have good reviews though. That was concerning. I
