2 times they have made me waste time in coming to appointment and then pull the rug out from under me from sheer incompetence. May their Xmas be not merry at all.
Dr. Morel is an AMAZING pediatrician! Her staff is pleasant and helpful.The nurses have always been attentive, understanding and alert when my children are sick or scared. Highly recommend her clinic.
We love Dr. Morel! Our children talk about seing her all the time. I feel relief when I know I have to take my little ones to the doctor and they are not scared.
Dr. Morel prescribed me an SSRI that rapidly made me psychotic. After trying to explain to her as a tearful 14-year-old that the drug was "wrecking my brain," and torturing me, she said that I was obviously crying because I needed the SSRI! She did not listen, nor prescribe to help me feel less chaotic. I followed her instruction, naively, until I begged my parents to take me to the hospital because I couldn't control my own thoughts anymore. Her insistence that I take it nearly got me killed.
I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you are comfortable with new nurses/staff every appointment. Very unprofessional establishment. Appointments are very short and not very informative unless you have questions yourself. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour and do not schedule around lunch. Two different occasions I waited 15 minutes outside AFTER my appointment time while the staff was on lunch break. Dr Morel is never at the office. The past 3 appointments she never saw my son.
Nice, caring, personable
Dr. Morel is kind, informative and she takes her time. She doesn't rush you, makes you feel welcome and shows she really cares about your little ones. As a new mom, you have a lot of questions. The pediatrician we had for my first child was nice but so busy he was in and out in 3 minutes. With Dr. Morel, its the complete opposite. Even with her taking her time - i'm still in and out of the doctors office quickly. I love her.
