Dr Watkins is very skilled at what he does and he cares about his patience . His staff assistance is the best . Great team of people in the practice there .
When dealing with trauma you don’t tell someone to leave a voicemail and tell them oh we’re not talking like that - instead you calm the person down by demonstrating that you hear them. We are going somewhere else
I am extremely impressed and pleased with Dr. Watkins and his staff. I had a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty and backplasty) performed by Dr. Watkins. Dr. Watson reviewed my surgical options and the pros and cons of each surgical option to remove excess fat and skin after my substantial weight loss so I could make an informed decision. I had a so-called neck lift, which was really just liposuction (which I was not looking for) leaving sagging skin and horrible looking banding in my neck. All I got was "well, we thought that could happen" at my 3 month post-op appointment (not sure who "we" is, as this was not mentioned as a possible outcome). No apologies, no offer to provide additional corrective surgery, and no concern or even offer for a follow up appointment to re-evaluate. Dear (name withheld), I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy. According to my notes, when I saw you for your 3 month visit, I asked you to return in 3 months. It looks like that never happened. If you are willing please call my office for a followup so I can assess and advise. My notes indicate that I recommended a full facelift but you elected an isolated neck fat excision only. I recall well discussing the possibility of loose skin with this approach but you wanted to avoid the incisions.
