This Doctor's staff are incompetent and can't seem to schedule an appointment. After repeated problems with scheduling I ultimately received a call five days prior to the appointment saying that something had come up and the doctor wouldn't be in the office on the afternoon of my appointment. Also, the first thing they ask you for when you call is your insurance coverage details. Your name or medical reason for calling are of secondary importance.
Very professional and timely with seeing patients with scheduled appointments. During office visits, the doctor uses a computer with a dual monitor when entering all you necessary health information and symptoms thus allowing the patient to read everything on the screen as it is inputted for accuracy. The use of the dual monitor also allows the patient to read the diagnoses made by the doctor and treatment plan given as well.
My wife went to him. He came highly recommended. He did a colonoscopy and removed some of the cancerous tumor. I was very thankful for that. We went for a follow up exam and he did more cutting on my wife without any numbing other than baby numbs it. It was done in his office and not in a hospital setting were they had all the right medical supplies and equipment. So beware. It was like medieval day surgery. Steer clear if you value your life.
I recently had a colonoscopy by Dr. Grasso and it was completely painless and his staff was very professional and made the procedure as relaxing and comfortable as possible. At the follow-up consultation Dr. Grass took the time to go over the results and answer any questions that I had. If you need this procedure, I would certainly recommend going with Dr. Grasso.
Direct and to the point.... Knows his field!!!!
Much admiration and respect for Dr. Grasso along with everyone on his office staff. My problems are explained. Solutions are provided along with seeing it all on a large monitor screen in his office. Located on the patient side of the desk, it makes the images easy to see. Dr. Grasso is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the leading Doctors in the country in his field. Instead of the office calling with results of biopsies, the patient is instructed to call the office for results.
This was the first colonoscopy where I was provided pictures and thoroughly examined. Dr. Grasso took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. In addition, his staff is very caring and professional with patients.
excellent facility, staff, and the complete information dr. grosso gave me.
As an educator, I'm held accountable for my actions. Response to communication from parents is held to a 24 hour window. I have patiently waited for over a month for someone to remedy a specific situation with me, related to a scheduled colonoscopy with Dr. Grasso that was confirmed by the hospital and that I showed up over an hour early for. I was told by the hospital (after fasting and taking all laxatives) that Dr. Grasso had cancelled the procedure. No one from the office called to tell me
