Very Rude and arrogant, should not be dealing with the public. Rude to his patients, rude to his staff. Had to wait 1 hour to be seen in the waiting room, only to be brought back to a room and wait again. Next visit, had to wait 1 & 1/2 hours again and again he was rude and arrogant.... found a new doctor!!
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's ofice. The doctor is rude arrogant to his patients and his office staff. The wait time is always over and hour and a half. I have never left a doctor's office feeling the way I did when I left here. He is absolutely atrocious and I have no idea how he stays in business.
Our experience was excellent the staff is fantastic and Dr Grasso is so kind and explains things well I would recommend him to anybody
Had a 9:30 appt. Was told to arrive by 9:00. Walked out at 10:55 mad and upset. No communication of any reason for delay despite questions to office staff. Have tried to follow-up by phone for explanation of situation but no return call. Staff did not appear to be overly busy, just didn't seem to care about a couple waiting for almost 2 hours without explanation, Recommend that you try an office that cares.
Provides care only to stop filing claim forms to receive disability over time. I had surgery and was provided disability benefits by Dr. Grasso's staff. Over the course of 3 Months of recovery after developing healing complications, Dr. Grasso simply refused to fill out claim forms for further disability payments. This forced me to report back to work while not being medically cleared to return back to work. How is someone able to pay their bills with no money?

This was my 2nd surgery and I am having excellent results after 6 weeks! Yolanda was great, too!
Dr. Grasso looked after me during my recent lengthy stay at GBMC for serious complications of diverticulitis and a colostomy. I was pretty much of a mess physically and mentally but his frequent visits to my bedside were very comforting and helpful. He is clearly a kind and very knowledgeable surgeon and I am extremely grateful to have been under his care.
Rude and arrogant Despite Dr. Grasso's exam reporting seeing the current external hemorrhoids, he proceeded to tell me that my symptoms of pain and bleeding did not match what he saw and " patients come to him wanting hemorrhoids removed and make up symptoms so he will remove them." This man just called me a liar!!! Then tells me if it bleeds on a Tuesday or Thursday to then call and see if I can be seen that day, sure I will plan when the thrombosed hemorrhoid bursts! Horrible experience.
