My mom is a patient of Dr. Grasso and I’ve been with her at her visits. We are both extremely grateful for his care and dedication in resolving a problem my mom was having. This has been life changing for her. His staff were also incredibly caring, helpful, and supportive. The entire team treated us with respect and made a difficult situation manageable. If you are looking for personalized, professional care from a doctor and staff that are also compassionate, I highly recommend Dr. Grasso and his team.

I came in to the office with perianal abscess. Office was clean. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Yolanda tried to work around schedule to fit me in ASAP. Dr. Grasso attentively listened to my story and wrote it down. I was able to see what he is writing in case any clarification was needed. It wasn't. Then Dr. Grasso examined me in the examination room. The procedure itself is not very pleasant, but it was minimally invasive and quick. After examination Dr. Grasso explained to me what is going on and put f... read more

I am so thankful for Dr. Grasso. I was in severe 10/10 pain & felt hopeless that I had to wait a whole week to see a specialist to perform a hemorrhoid excision. I called this office on a whim (quite skeptical as well based on some of the reviews) to see when their next appointment was. Yolanda could tell how much pain I was in & her and Dr. Grasso worked to fit me into his hectic schedule. He saw me on the same day and scheduled my surgery for 2 days later as his last patient. Dr. Grasso is not arrogant at all - he is a swe... read more

Dr. GrASSo doesn't seem to grasp the concept of what local anesthesia means. I had a perirectal abscess. He duct taped me to the table and proceeded to lance it right in his filthy office at GBMC. I keep telling him I could feel every cut and he ignored me. His nurse just kept shushing me. I could not stand it any longer. I told him to let me up. He didn't bother to try to localize it more. He let me walk out of his office with an open bleeding would and said I needed to go to an emergency room. I did. I was septic by the ti... read more

I'm 61 and Dr. Grasso is without a doubt the most arrogant and incompetent Dr. I have ever been to in my life. His staff is always short-handed and overwhelmed, He is always running about 1 1/2 hours behind, he was flirting with his new nurse/assistant while conducting my procedure, the procedure he conducted on me caused excruciating pain even though after I stopped going to him and decided to have the same procedure done by a different Dr. I barely felt anything at all. After my procedure Dr. Grasso told me to get dressed ... read more

Dr. Grasso was my excellent surgeon in 1997 when he performed a colon re-section on me. I called to retrieve my medical records for the Veterans Administration (Agent Orange). I spoke with the very professional and competent Yolanda Stinnett. She retrieved my 23 year old records and had them to me in minutes. She is outstanding and I wanted to pass along my thanks and kudos to her.

Did I receive treatment which cured my condition? Yes - but I'm not 100% certain because I will not go back for my follow-up, and here's why: - The doctor did not communicate much information to me; the silent type? I got more info about my condition and answers to my questions from the receptionist. - VERY deceptive with me in their billing practices. I had to fight many appeals; this provider elected to misinform me about the (out of network) procedures they scheduled me for. I'm still stuck with over $2000 in bills (this ... read more
