Good experience I like to get my hair cut here because they always do a good job. It is in the mall, so sometimes it is busy, but generally I don't wait too long. I recommend Dr. Fly's.

brad sucks! I have heard of a lot of people having problems with Brad. I have also had a horrible experience with him. First of all,he is very pompus and rude. Its obvious he's into himself. He is incapable of listening or following simple instructions. While he was doing my hair, I guess he was off in la la land,because now my hair is so chopped that it looks like a preschooler got ahold of it. I am angry and will never step foot inside this unprofessional salon again

TERRIBLE HAIR CUTS POOR SERVICE BRAD screwed up both of my boys hair cuts.I went back twice for him to correct the problem and just kept making it worse. When I called the OWNER DEBBIE she wanted to know why I would come back to have BRAD fix the problem when I wasn't happy to begin with. My response I paid for 2 professional cuts I was in hopes he could correct the problem not make it worse. STORE MGR response.. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. Nice Place Dr. Flys Salon came recommended to by a friend. I think it is a very nice salon and they do a wonderful job cutting my hair. They have a wonderful selection of hair products to purchase. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definantly recommend them to an individual looking for a new place to get their hair done.

LOVE IT!! I just started going here a few months ago and I LOVE IT here! I go to the same girl everytime and she is so sweet and does a great job!! I know I can go in there and tell her what I want and she'll make it happen. Even if I dont know what I want, she can find a great new cut and style for me! The staff is very friendly and honest. I would recommend this salon and Amanda to anyone!

STAY AWAY FROM BRAD! Made the mistake of walking in and getting my eyebrows done by someone named BRAD. He removed too much hair, left them crooked and with a ridiculous arch. I was in shock when I looked in the mirror! WARNING: DO NOT GO TO BRAD FOR EYEBROWS AT DR FLY'S IN SPRINGFIELD MO.

Nice salon This is a nice salon to go to when you are in need of a full service salon. They do it all! Their prices are about average, but their service is really good. I have always been pleased with the results when getting my hair cut and/or styled here. I have also taken advantage of a couple of their other services, and my experiences have all been pleasant.
