Just a superior dentist! From my experience with dentists through the years, I’m over 65, Dr. Ghannie excelled in everything from start to finish. She worked so compatibly with her assistant, Alicia. Alicia was thorough and another true professional in preping my gums for the temporary replacement. This morning Dr Ghannie removed a huge old crown, “31”, with extensive decay underneath. This is about the 7th or 8th time I've had a repair or a replacement. I should not have to pay for others mistakes. The provider seems to have an overload of patients. Less time for me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ghannie for a few years now and I will say initially she can come across as stern/mean but I’ve come to appreciate her stern approach... she makes sure the assistants are doing what is asked corrected for my benefit. . She has come to be softer, in the sense to make me feel comfortable. I’ve had root canals and bridge work and other extensive work done and she let me take a moment to gather my nerves before she continued. This dentist practices fraudulently just like the rest of the staff at Great Expressions, the place should be called Great "Expenses." I had an unnecessary crown done,on the left side, a cavity ignored, & a crown that was needed on the right side left undone as the doctor was determined to allow it to turn into a more expensive root canal. I retrieved my x-rays from them & found this out after the fact from another dentist. She's fraudulent & negligent. Both bad situations. RUN. 0 stars.

Dr. Ghannie has little to no regard for the comfort level of her patients. If you are looking for a dentist who treats you, the patient, with dignity and respect, is genuinely caring and concerned for your welfare and makes every effort to minimize what is usually already a stressful situation, then you will NOT want to use Dr. Ghannie. YOU CAN DO BETTER PRETTY MUCH ANYWHERE ELSE. She does the BARE minimum and pretty much leaves everything to her assistants....WITHOUT checking behind them.

Dr. Ghannie is THE rudest provider that has ever provided service to me. Dental work is never a fun time, so dentists should be warm and compassionate with a listening ear. She seemed to want to instill fear in me about my dental situation, but not ONE time did she ever even look at me when talking or even face me when talking. One visit, she simply told the hygienist show her this x-ray and walked out. HORRIBLE!!
