I wouldn't recommend dr. Patels office to my worst enemy. The office is not very clean it up to date. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The dentist seem to know nothing about dental care. I went for a simple filling and I haven't been able to eat for three weeks. The dentist who worked on my mouth didn't fully numb my mouth and I felt all the drilling. Also, he spoke in another language and made it very difficult for me to understand him. HORRIBLE service!
The person doing the x-rays seemed unsure of the process and had to take at least one x-ray twice. The hygienist also seemed nervous and inexperienced. She put me too far back and didn't know how to properly use the suction so that I had to sit up suddenly, choking.They told me how much it would cost when I first came in and asked for payment up front. Then they came to the back and asked for cash and said that it would be $90 more. The Dr. seemed fine but the staff was unprofessional.
