My experience at Dr Patel has been great! I've been with them for over a year for lot of dental work and I feel incredibly confident with everything they did. Anytime I had a question it was always easy to call/email and text and get a quick response.

Very very pleased with customer service. Staff is pretty cool too! Super friendly in a real way.Dr Patel was very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Because of bad past experiences, I have avoided going to the dentist for over 5 years. As a result, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. I tend to distrust doctors, so she showed me (via a small camera projected on a tv) the problem areas. and she never force you to get work done and she gave me few options to save money.

Great service.Dr.Patel is a fantastic dentist. One of the nicest dental offices I have ever been in Washington heights.I got teeth whitening for free as their one of the promotions. can not get any better deal.

I couldn't be happier with my experience here - both with Dr. Patel and her dental staff. she transformed my smile and I'm so much more confident. I recommend this place to anyone needing dental work of any kind. they provide emailed reminders of appointments, they take most major insurances, and the front desk folk are cheerful and friendly. They also do their level best to minimize pain and discomfort. Very thorough, would recommend forever.

Awesome experience, Welcoming, friendly, informative. Cleaning was great. Dr. Patel is great ,Very professional ,conservative and knowledgeable . Most thorough dental cleaning. Everyone at this dental office is fantastic. And I have been to many dental offices in different cities over the years, From start to finish, it is always a very good experience. Starting with calling the reception desk & speaking to Elizabeth, who is always pleasant & very helpful, to my easy, painless.

It was really an awesome experience from front desk to doctors ! Dr. Patel explained everything in detail and cleared all my doubts. During the procedure I felt nothing not even injection part !! I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Patel's compassion and skill has saved me from a tormented fear of going to the dentist. Just make an appointmt. At times people have a sense of shame due to dental problems that feel that they will be judged. This is not the case. She will go at your pace with a comprehensive explaination of what needs to be done and why. After the procedures are done there is very little discomfort which only demonstrates that her skill level is of the highest degree. Thank you Dr. Patel

I wouldn't recommend dr. Patels office to my worst enemy. The office is not very clean it up to date. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The dentist seem to know nothing about dental care. I went for a simple filling and I haven't been able to eat for three weeks. The dentist who worked on my mouth didn't fully numb my mouth and I felt all the drilling. Also, he spoke in another language and made it very difficult for me to understand him. HORRIBLE service!
