I would not reccomend her, her front desk assistant is horrible at setting times and calling baclk. The point of going to a good dentist or anyone if for them to assist you with good customer service. She has hung up on me several times lied and said she was the manager. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me that she was the manager and hung up on me several time. Terrible customer service.
They treat you like family. the office atmosphere is really nice and its always very clean. The doctor is very trustworthy and does everything perfectly. I love coming here for my cleanings and treatments.
I have done teeth whitening procedure before but never have I been so satisfied about it.Previously , I used to have sore gums, burning sensations in my mouth after the whitening procedure. But after visiting Dr. Patel, did I finally realize how actually whitening procedure is done. She took extra precautions to protect my gums apart from her usual procedure just to make me feel comfortable as I was very nervous.
All in all, my appointment was a smooth sail . I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the way she treated me. I have already decided henceforth I will get my dental work done only by her.
EXCELLENCE SERVICE, YOU DON'T WAIT TO LONG . CAME IN WITH A SEVERE PAIN AND LEFT COMPLETELY PAIN FREE. STAFF WAS AMAZING, DOCTORS ARE INCREDIBLE, CARING AND GENTLE. GREAT TRI-LINGUAL RECEPTION STAFF ... DR. PATEL WAS REFEREED BY A CO-WORKER AND NOW, JUST LIKE THEM, DR. PATEL HAS BECOME MY FAMILY'S DOCTOR, DENTIST, DENTAL SPECIALIST AND MIRACLE WORKER.
No one likes to go to a dentist, even I did not. My perception totally changed after I went to Dr.Patel's dental clinic. the office is super clean. The staff is very friendly and above all she was so calm and polite. She made me feel welcomed and I now look forward to visit her for any future issues with my teeth. I would recommend her to all.
After having a very bad experience with my previous dentist, i was scared to go to any dentist, until there was an emergency with my tooth. I happened to walk into Dr. Patel's dental practice and never expected such an amazing experience. I am so glad I finally found a good dentist.

Dr.Patel is a great practitioner and very easy to talk and communicate with. Very comfortable with his office staff and treatment. Highly highly recommended!
