My experience was horrible. This doctor was very immature and did not have a clue what he was doing.
Doctor is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Actually feels like they listen and generally care. The treatment plan they recommended for me has so far been working and they have been responding to my messages via talkspace in a timely manner. I would recommend them to someone else.
Late for first session through Talkspace. Said was having technical difficulties and couldn't get video to work. No show for second visit. Can see they looking at messages in app and will not respond. Unprofessional. Insurance cash grab spam
