As a first time mom, I had so many worries & questions with my infant son... the very first appt we had with Dr. Karp cemented him as our permanent PCP! We had extremely positive experiences with Dr Karp for both of our children. He diagnosed our 6 week old son with RSV and got him admitted to the hospital after being sent home by ER doctors who didn't recognize the gravity of his situation. Over the years he was great about diagnosing the kids problems and managing treatments, and he was in tune with their emotional health and appropriate development and reaction to social issues (Peer pressure, etc) as he talked to them during visits.
