Dr. Esther Clayton she is very nice..... Nice does the trick for some, however doesn't know what she is doing! I was a new patient with her. From the beginning when she came in the room started talking about everything from how many kids I have to if i was going to school. Mind you she asked me like 3 times how old my girls were. She seemed very nice. Although I didn't feel comfortable with her. From the desk assistance to the nurse. The nurse seemed to run the place and keep it together every
Terrible dirty office. This office has people quitting and walking out. Staff can not answer simple questions from patient. Staff is untrained. The rooms are filthy. On my appointment for a biopsy,there was a tray set up in the room where they put me in. The stuff on the tray was new and clean but under the paper napkin there was old blood and debris. Disgusting! Then Dr Clayton came in to do my procedure with blood on her scrub top. So unsanitary! Don't they know they can transfer diseases!
she is an excellent Dr, Trust the process, It all depends on your attitude and patience. I am glad i found her.
The lady in billing was very rude. The office told me false information about my insurance and Tried to bill me $200. After I confirmed that my appointment was suppose to be free, the office staff told me they could no longer speak to me and hung up.
Dr Clayton, Is a breath of fresh air. Laid back, funny and knowledgable. I have been suffering with abdominal pain for 3 months, diagnosic test showing nothing ,even having a General Surgeon turn me away to pain management. After just 15-20 conversation with Dr. Clayton she explained that a procedure I had done 6 yrs ago was likely the cause of pain, hysterectomy only cure. Finally at least there is a cure on the horizon! I just want pain to go away!
Dr. Clayton is compassionate and highly skilled.
