Dr Clayton was easy to talk to. She addressed my problems and explained everything..
I didnt have a Gynecologist so I was referred to her as her name came up from a list. Upon getting there the waiting area was dirty and me and my husband waited over 1.5 hours after my appointment , to which we both was not happy. I talked with her and she decided to do a internal examination and do a scrape or something, she said it would not hurt. Done with trying to get an appointment with this practice. No return calls. Several voice-mails left.
While still at the office, I realized she had not given me a refill on my prescription. I asked the front counter to help. I have called the office leaving multiple messages, have left multiple emails, no one calls me back I even drove over to try and talk to someone live, and the door was locked. Very frustrating. The doctor is lovely and I would love to continue seeing her. But I can’t because I can’t reach anyone there.
Welcoming and professional. The entire staff was pleasant and attentive. Dr Esther Clayton gave me all the time I needed to talk about my concerns and ask questions about them.
I Had my hysterectomy done by her several years back it was one with the robotic she was there to answer my questions, caring doctor..also office visits she takes her time with you and goes over all results ....I would recommend her for gynecologist testing and surgeries,blood work. thank you
Dr. Clayton dismissed my pain for several years, suggesting that it was normal to have severe pelvic pain. Everything was stretched to the maximum number of appointments to collect multiple copays for each issue. (One visit to discuss the pain and set up an ultrasound, an ultrasound appointment, and then an appointment to review the results).
