Actually never saw Dr Jepsen. PA ordered MRI during first visit. Before MRI results were shared, Dr Jepsen referred me to another doctor. Information on change in doctor came from the other doctors team. I am sure there was a miscommunication somewhere but when I asked to speak with Dr Jepsen on the issue I never received a call. I also never received a call after leaving message with CSOG COO and CEO. CSOG website states that communication is a group core value. I failed to experience this.
Really liked Dr Jepson. He wasn’t rushed, explained everything in great detail. Gave good advice on what to do next and when. Would recommend him highly.
Both Dr Jepson and his office staff are excellent examples of what healthcare should be. They listen, accommodate when able, threat you with utmost respect. Professionalism at its best!
Several specialists had noted I have a complicated medical history. Dr. Jepson exhibited medical expertise and confidence in the hip consultation appointment. Total hip 1 1/2 yrs ago. Recent new pain. Followed up with Dr Jepson and he verified that the prosthetic was OK and treated the bursitis causing the pain. He was personable and engaging in all of my interactions with him.
Personable, did not feel like he was rushing. Felt like he cares about me and my input. He made me feel like he was really listening to what I had to say.
