I have been recovering from lymphoma and had a stem cell transplant about 13 months ago. The lesions from the cancer were discovered on my pelvic area. I had undergone a bi-lateral hip replacement in 2016. I've had nothing but problems since about 4 months after the procedure. Dr. Jepson said that he would help troubleshoot my issues with severe pain throughout the hip and pelvic region of my body.I love Dr. Jepson's positive attitude and his encouragement the whole time during the visit. He doesn't berate or belittle me abo... read more
I have been with dr jepson for more than a decade. He listens, proposes options to surgery, and genuinely cares about his patients. Truly the best.
When I was referred to Dr. Jepson I had no idea my life would change for the better!! I had been dealing with a lot of pain from my first knee replacement for two years! He took everything out and finished the revision with great success!! He is extremely compassionate and really listens as well as cares about what you're going through. I highly recommend going to Dr. Jepson for anything knee related!
Dr. Jepson was very capable and caring in regard to my questions and concerns. He inspired confidence in the upcoming surgery.
So far, so good. I’ve only been there once for the initial consultation. He seemed vey caring and willing to explain things. He even recommended good places for lunch!
I had to move out of state to Colorado to get my knee done I thought finding DrJepson was a blessing but things turned in a negative way after 7 months.I kept on telling him that it hurt but he didn't listen and then when I went to go find a new doctor and found out that the part that was put in Me by Dr Jepson had chipped my bone among other things I was very disappointed because finding out that the stem was not long enough finding out that if he would have done a bone test on me he would have known that my bones were thin... read more
From the moment Dr. Jepson walked into the exam room, his kind, warm nature is evident. The appointment was not hurried at all and he answered all of my questions very well. There was not any pressure to begin injections or to book surgery. He is very comfortable letting me determine the need for relief and come in for injections when pain is interfering with daily activities. I felt very comfortable establishing my patient care with Dr. Jepson.
Dr. Jepson, is a very skilled and caring Doctor. My surgery went well and never had a doubt it would. My only issue is his staff for after the procedure is less than great. I was left without a walker or crutches we had to source our own after the procedure but we weren't supposed to. I was also supposed to receive a NICE machine to help with swelling but the staff never sent the order in. I had to hand deliver it 9 days later to get the machine. On my follow-up today it was the same lackadaisical attitude with one of the nu... read more
