I have had a osteochondral lesion of the talus and a ruptured peroneal tendon for six years now, that doctors refuse to fix. My family doctor sent me to him. He had my walk on it barefoot and said he could see how unstable I was on it. He told me he could see the damage to my talar dome. What does he do? Eric Miller is a terrible surgeon, he not only lied to me for 14 months telling me my ankle was 100% fused even though I complained every visit while being unable to walk. Finally after demanding care they did a CT scan which showed 0% fusion , and three broke screws. From the very beginning he's been blaming his malpractice on other symptoms or providers.
