Dr Jepson is very personable He had reviewed my record, knew about my visit four years ago., and also really did remember me. His explanation of my problem was easy to understand , including the diagram he drew on my X-ray copy Treatment was successful.
Dr. Jepson is an excellent, thoughtful, kind, doctor who listens to your issues. ( My husband had an excellent outcome with his knee replacement) Dr. Jepson is trying to help me with knee pain to stave off knee surgery. I recommend him.
Visited Dr Jepson on 1-12-22, hats off to him and his staff. Was on time, extremely knowledgeable, explained my options clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I had to call his assistant Stacey the next day for help with a prescription, I actually spoke with her on my first call and she took care of the issue that day! Great staff and great service. Keep up the good work.
Professional all the way. He spends as much time with me as we need. Love the way he’s calming by holding my hand intermittently as we talk. Listens! Asks questions and answers mine. Gives suggestions. Asks my opinion. Great DR! Wish they were all like him.
My visit was a follow up after having a significant fall on the one of my replacement knees. He always assures me that by coming in we can evaluate whether there was any damage. He is always caring and spends as much time as needed and always answers any questions I may have regarding any of my post op concerns.
Dr. Jepson is the most kind, caring, understanding and competent orthopedic surgeon I have ever met. I have no regrets have chosen him to do my knee replacement surgery. Dr. Jepson’s bedside manner is exemplary!
