The doctor/patient relationship is so important and Dr Jepsen understands this better than most. He is personable, interested in his patient, open to answering questions, extremely knowledgeable , and reassuring. I felt instantly comfortable and confident that I had made the best choice for my surgery.
Dr Jepson was so welcoming to me as a new patient. His office was running behind and he was very apologetic and kind. He took time to talk with me and explain what was happening with my knee. Very knowledge and competent. He didn't push surgery as other doctors have. I have already had knee replacement on my left knee so completely understand this process. I would highly recommend Dr Jepson.
I’m experiencing pain a year after another knee surgery. Dr. Jebson did my last knee surgery replacing the failing non-titanium materials that were used in my knee replacement. My knee was replaced in Southern California and those non-titanium materials had broken down., causing instability and a great deal of pain. Dr. Jepson is the most personable doctor I have ever seen. He is never rushed. He takes the time to know you and your family and answer all of your questions. He doesn’t push surgery. Actually, he is doing all he can to keep me from having my knees replaced. He gets my highest recommendation.
He is thorough in his examination and explains his findings so that you completely understand what can be done. Always asks if you understand or have questions.
Dr. Eric Jepson is very humble and respectful, which makes one feel comfortable and at ease. He is highly skilled. Years back I had a hip replacement, and more recently both knees were replaced.
