Dr. Bartel took on the multifaceted surgery of my foot (flat at birth plus a pin in the same ankle 43 years ago) that was causing pain so that I could not walk a quarter mile, after dealing with this for ten years. UHe explained the steps that would take place during and after surgery. Everything has moved forward as explained with the help of his staff. I have no doubt I will be back walking the dog trails this spring after PT. So yes I would recommend Dr. Bartel.

I would highly recommend Dr Bartel. As a retired PT, having worked with many post op ortho conditions, the rehab success is very dependent on a successful surgery.
Excellent experience in every respect
Dr Bartel is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He and his staff are very friendly and they listen to your concerns. He repaired my mother’s broken ankle and did an excellent job. She was 86 years old at the time of her surgery and was back at her exercise classes and her daily routine in a short amount of time. I saw him for a problem with my right foot and he solved the problem in his office. I highly recommend Dr Bartel.
