First, Dr. Kramer himself came out to call patients. He is personable, professional, and respects his patients, getting them on their way in no time.

Dr. Kramer is a very personable doctor, listens carefully when you talk. He picked up on the symptoms of tardive dyskinesia when none of the other doctors did. The medication he prescribed worked wonderfully. He even talked to my daughter during my visit when I mentioned that she was concerned.
Very patient and empathetic. Answers all questions directly.
Besides being an awesome doctor, Dr. Kramer is kind and caring. He’s very personable, very professional and excellent at what he does. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist.

I called six months ago to try and get an appointment as all my doctors are part of this group. When I called the receptionist said they didn’t have any appointments for six months and asked what was wrong. When I told her she said they don’t really treat nerve issues and recommended I go elsewhere. She was very curt.
