Excellent doctor with an efficient staff.
He is simply the best, can diagnose you over the phone! His demeanor warms your heart.
Because of the Coronavirus my appointment was performed via phone. As always Dr. Kramer listens to what you have to say. We discussed my health and then we discussed the current situation. I have never met a doctor who is so attune to your needs. I would and have recommend him to anyone needing a Neurologist.
He is an excellent Doctor. He listens to me and I feel he truly cares about his patients.
He is very likeable and easy to talk with. I look forward to being his patient.
I would highly recommend this Doctor. He is very down to earth and treats his patients the same way he would want top be treated. My appt was at 10:30 am, I was in the office with the Dr Kramer by 10:45.
It took me 6 weeks to see Dr Kramer's nurse practitioner This person recommended a new migraine medicine after taking this new medication my migraine did not go away. I called the office four days running to get a new medication to get migraine relief and I'm still waiting to get call back. Its obvious to me now Dr. Kramer has little time for his patients, so I won't call back any more. I'll just find a Doctor who cares about his patients. I'm not a number Dr. Kramer.
This was a horrible experience. His manner was terrible and he was completely unhelpful. He didn't look at me, but typed at his computer. He didn't introduce himself. He was rude. I waited months for the appointment, and he did not even give me a diagnosis. He didn't want to talk to me about my medical issue. He mainly said "there's nothing I can do for you".
