Did not treatailment apprpriatey. Would not take a phone call during office hours, and gave me steroids for a problem that another said was not appropriate treatment. HAD ti have surery because of neglect and now have no feeling in my hand. Lawyer told me I had sufficient reaso for law suite but did not want to pursue a suite .He is the speaker at my development and I would lke to tell everyone in attendence they can do better.
I have been seeing Dr. Kramer and he is wonderful !!!!!!! He takes the time to spend with you and answer all your questions. It is refreshing to see a Doctor that cares about every patient and that spends the time explaining everything to you. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

DR NEVER CALLS HIS PATIENTS. MA CALLS BACK TWO DAYS LATER. THE OUTCOME IS NOT GOOD, BECAUSE NO ONES LISTENS TO YOUR ISSUE TO RESOLVE IT ACCORDINGLY
A great bedside manner with the willingness to listen to your input. Additionally, Dr. Kramer is always responsive to the patient portal if you find you need to leave a message. Admittedly, I am not a fan of Doctors, but I am very comfortable with Dr. Kramer.
Tells me to stop drinking soda and sends me home with pain joke for a doctor.
