The waiting room staff was very helpful, and the wait wasn’t long. The Doctor was amazing - gave us a lot of new information and hope.
The care dr Kramer took to help with my symptoms, as usually.

Office staff was nice but what stood out most was how great the doctor was at listening and explaining
Dr. Kramer is amazing. He makes you feel very comfortable. Like you have known him for years. He asks questions and listens to you. He explains things in a very simple and down to earth style. His office is like a WWII museum since he used to treat many vets of that era. They donated many WWII pix and artifacts that he cherishes. Dr. Kramer is one of a kind and I wish there were more like him.His office staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very fortunate to have been referred to him.
Dr. Kramer was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is an outstanding listener and I came away feeling that my treatment is in very capable hands.
My visits with Dr. Kramer are always outstanding. I always get the best information questions or answered in my time with the doctor is extremely pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have a procedure done that requires multiple shots in my head and Dr Kramer is the only one who is so gentle that I hardly feel them.
