Dr Eggers has done two surgery's one in 2009 and another surgery in 2015 and I was scheduled for another one in the month of July, I waited two months to see Dr Eggers I seen him on june 25, 2025 I was told by Hillary from his office that under no circumstance would Dr Eggers Do surgery @ Owensboro Health in Owensboro,ky and that might be true but why would he have a office in Owensboro and see patience in Owensboro but have there surgery's @ Deaconess Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana it makes no sense, Dr Eggers is an excellen... read more
Dr.Eggers saved my daughters lives he is amazing
I do not recommend seeing Dr. David Eggers. My experience felt like drive-thru surgery with no real post-op care. I had to wait from 10 AM to 4:30 PM for my surgery, and the hospital provided no food afterward. He only scheduled one postoperative appointment and never followed up again. My neck never properly healed, and when I tried to get another appointment, the staff showed no concern and told me it would be a six-month wait. Very dissatisfied with the lack of care and follow-up.
I was sent to Evansville for aneurism. Dr Troffkin performed a cerebreal angiogram in which I had complications to the dye contrast. He pulled a staff together to treat me quickly and performed test while keeping me as comfortable as possible. I read reviews saying he's arrogant, in which I can see their personal opinion. I find hes quite intelligent and goes the extra mile to figure the problem and best way to correct it. I am still under his care and as of today wish he was the only doctor I have treat me. Dr. Troffkin is very rude, doesn't let you talk about your issues, rushes you out of the appointment, doesn't show you or go over MRI results with you, his PA is no better. I had to go to Louisville to get the appropriate care and surgeries needed for my neck and back. In Louisville I was treated like a human being, shown the issues on my actual MRI and taken care of. I do not recommend this pompous Dr at all as he doesn't care nor does he want to be bothered by his patients!
He has done all 5 of my surgeries.
Dec. 17,2020;I was lifeflighted to Deaconess Gateway where Dr. Troffkin was on call and saved my life. For that I will be forever grateful. I had an SAH because of that I had severe vasospasms which Dr. Troffkin fixed I developed hydrocephalus
Dr Arias performed 2 neck surgeries on me one in 2003 and 2007. He was the only surgeon who found bone chip on a nerve despite dealing with horrific pain for 8 years. I highly recommend Dr Arias he listens and has wonderful bedside manners
My wife diagnosed wit a golf ball size tumor In bottom center of brain ...that was a Monday saw him Tuesday ordered additional test Wednesday and had MAJOR surgery that Friday ...... that was his call based on what he observed.... how could you ask for more.... yes blunt , condescending and arrogant but he lived every waking moment reviewing every aspect of a solution and surgical procedures he would employ...... he saved a 40+ young womans’ life and made it a priority......
