Very thorough and takes the time to explain things to my dad and I.
They just hung up on my friend who has being trying over and over to get an answer on the phone for an appointment date he was referred to them already
I had my first visit today. I’ve had 59 years’ experience with ophthalmologists so I know what excellent care is and is not. The whole team (receptionists, technicians and Dr Erasmus)? were all just lovely, patient and professional . I feel that I’m in excellent hands.
