This is the worst dr office ever dr.tran is the only reason why I still come here she is the only one working here that actually cares the staff is over worked rude and Waite rime is worse then worse this place should be shut down we as parents should never half to leave the care of out children in hands like these as this place it's he worse I have even seen drs and staff are so over worked they just don't care anymore about patients there rude and very unorganized.... really should be investigated the don't clean very well... read more
Excessive wait times, incompetent nurses, and in general a poor level of care. They scam you to force you to pay a co-pay on well-child checks by inventing some sort of "diagnosis" even on perfectly healthy kids. Tiempos de espera excesivos, enfermeras incompetentes, y en general un bajo nivel de atención. Inventan un diagnóstico para los niños que están perfectamente sanos para que los padres tienen que pagar un co-pago por cheques de bienestar de los niños.
Worst place ever!!! Will definately NOT recommend! Took my kids there for a year and a half. Every visit was three hours long!! Every time I got a different doctor "on duty", so they were always lost about my kids medical history, never remembered who they were and just rushed through the appointment! I finally switched and now drive an extra 15 minutes, but it is all worth it! Please do not waste your time here, there are tons of options out there!
dr is more worried about cramming as meany kids into one time slot as possible to make money, not about their care. i once had an appt here @ 4:30 and did not leave the office until after 7PM for a simple well child visit. i complained for years about the staff and the service, dr didnt care so i changed dr's. this dr also did not catch that my son has undescended tesicles and it should have been caught as a baby. now he has to have surgery that will be harder to recover from than if he had gotten it done as an infant. she d... read more
