I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. We used to go to Bethesda Pediatrics in Chandler back in 2005 and followed Dr. Garcia to Queen Creek, we no longer go to the Queen Creek office, and have since switched back to Bethesda in Chandler because Dr. Garcia left the Queen Creek office. We were not at all happy with the new pediatrician, and staff members attitudes after she left. She did not seem informed enough to answer all my questions, it seemed she constantly was doubting and hesitating in her answers. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious.. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
