Dr. Ouellette , is a wonderful surgeon. She explains everything so there are no surprises. Highly recommend her for surgery on the wrist.

Dr. Ouellette was recommended to me by other doctors. She is absolutely the best! I went to a few others before I found her and thrilled I did. Even my OT/PT thinks she's the best.( She has taught many other doctors) She is worth traveling from Palm Beach County to see her. Be prepared to wait approx. 2 hours but worth it!

I had both hands operated on at the same time for carpal tunnel. Didn’t Need anesthesia. Had functional fingers right after surgery and was back to work (heavy labor) in a week. She was very informative. I didn’t mind a reasonable wait for my initial consultation as she is very popular for those who want the best hand surgery in Florida. Those who do mind are whining millennials who want instant gratification.

Dr. Ouellette took time to explain and educate to ensure I made the right decision for me . She explained the options in detail and I left her office feeling confident that a conservative approach to care was the best option at this time. The view from the office is stellar - as is her customer support team - from front office welcome to discharge, every visit has been comforting and empowering.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A PHYSICIAN 'S OFFICE! I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY MRI VIA EMAIL AND CALLED TO SET UP SURGERY AS I WAS TOLD I NEEDED IT. AFTER CALLING 3 WEEKS I FINALLY GOT MY MRI. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SURGICAL COORDINATOR. AFTER CALLING DAILY 4 WEEKS STRAIGHT, 5 TIMES DAILY, WITH NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES AND UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE I DECIDED TO GO ELSEWHERE. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO STATED THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED, PATHETIC EXCUSES!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR!

My experience was very disapointing, I wait to have my appointment date scheduled for about a month and half, i arrived as requested 15min prior my appointment I wait for over an hour and when I ask the assistant howlong would take to be call and she asked the Doctor Elizabeth, she told her in front of me another 40min without even express any excuses, very desrespectful and disapointing, I ask to void my payment and letf. If you have an appoitment with her setup the proper time spending.

The worst treatment of my life! After a 3 hour wait, Dr. O had 1 of her PA's set my broken wrist, because 'he was brilliant at doing this' & I could avoid surgery. He did set it well, BUT I was fully conscious & did not even receive a nerve block. Unbelievable pain! Dr. O had said I would 'just scream a little' & then it would be over. No anesthesia given, because 'it would be dangerous & might kill me like Michael Jackson...' The truth: her PA does not have admitting rights at any OR.

Find a better option. I'm sure the doctor is great, she has the best reviews and I'm sure she is an amazing professional. Unfortunately, I asked for an appointment with her and got checked but a nurse practitioner that didn't even take an X-ray on my wrist. Gave me some pills and dismissed me after my $140 co-payment. Fast forward to 3 months after that, my hand got worst, and I called to get an appointment with the doctor, this time, please; but they informed me that if I want to see the doctor
