There are many good doctors, but what sets Dr. Finkelstein apart from the rest is that he is truly concerned about my health. He has called me and told me to get back to the office immediately to get a brace when I fell and cracked a vertebrae. He also Had me go to see a surgeon as soon as he could get me in for a Kyphoplasty (glue put in the vertebrae) . He’s very dedicated and his main objective is to get you well.
The doctor was very thorough with explaining my condition to my husband and I. He had great bedside manners. This was my first visit since moving from Las Vegas in October. The staff were great and I loved both my Doctor and his nurse. I will continue to see him and have faith that he will definitely help me. Appointment was on time. Dr. listens and asked questions, had x-rays taken and did a full examinations on affected areas. Explained possible causes and recommended treatment. Overall good visit.
As always, I received excellent care from Dr. Finkelstein and his team. They are on time, thorough and happy to answer any questions. I didn’t feel rushed through my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Finkelstein and Resurgens.
Dr. Finkelstein has treated me for severe back pain using ablation. I was very pleased with his technique and the team that he works with . He knows what he’s doing.
Not Good at all.
I had a very good first visit with Dr. Finkelstein . He was most knowledgeable and patient with me as I try and find a solution to my back issues. He offered several paths we could take and spend the time needed to explain my options. I’m optimistic about success as we go forward. Can’t recommend him enough.
When I was at Roswell Surgery Center on 9/2/22, Finklestein was rude and quite disrespectful. I will never return to him because of that experience and refusal to allow me to talk to him.
Dr. Finkelstein's staff,Danielle,Gina,Amy,Laura and Greg, were professional, courteous and efficient. They're one of the best groups that I've worked with. Dr. Finkelstein was willing to answer my questions and described the procedure in detail. My impression was that he is very competent. Maybe his business like approach wasn't warm and fuzzy enough for some patients.
