Eli is thoughtful and caring snd spends the right amount of time with you. I had another doc do sn injection since Dr Finkelstein was on vacation and and after 3 days the pain returned. Eli has performed two sets of injections over the years and his were not painful at all and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend him for non surgical treatment of back pain.
Always in a hurry- rude and dismissive- not caring about my condition-“life happens “ -that is his response - really ? Felt ignored and silly with all my questions - recommended two MRI - I never knew the difference between the first and the follow up - he never cared to check -
Quick and efficient. Explained everything beforehand and during the procedure. Answered all questions.
Understood exactly what my problem was and started a path to fix things.
I hope Dr. Finkelstein never has to experience a doctor like himself. Abrupt to the point of being rude. Made me feel silly for asking questions. His manner lacks respect for his patients.

Dr. Finkelstein has exceptional bedside manner and takes the time to listen and offer his professional opinion on appropriate corrective treatment. His entire staff is well trained and is focused on complete patient care. Outstanding medical team!
Dr Finkelstein asked good questions, was easy to talk with and understand, and made recommendations that are working to resolve my issue. Also, In a follow-up question to him, he was quick to respond.
