I was both appreciative and impressed with the compassionate, respectful, and helpful service I received when I called with my concern. My situation was complicated but it was addressed so I could get the help I needed ...although not a patient when I called, I got in within 24 hours and my pain significantly reduced in one appointment. Normally, I have a very positive experience when visiting. Which says a lot as I don't enjoy coming and usually will look for an excuse not to come. I have a lot of anxiety around coming. Yesterday's experience was terrible. The gal that clean my teeth acted as she did not believe me on how I clean my teeth and I felt was overall rude. She didn't seem to be trained to look for the triggers of stress as she kept asking if I was okay while I was actually relaxed and enjoying the HGTV show.
