Dr Bander made it quick and painless...the way I like it!
no problems as usual. she was very good at coaching be when I started to gag, which is inevitable, I remember the last time I had impressions I did the same thing.
Excellent dental care in a spa atmosphere! While I get my teeth cleaned I am able to watch food network (or whatever else I want) and relax. All the staff are so friendly and highly competent. Dr. Bander and his team are top notch!
The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We were greeted with smiles (white ones!) and were able to start our appointments earlier than scheduled because we arrived early. The office is clean and welcoming with great amenities like coffee and water, and a long list of fun spa like treatments available during your cleaning. We highly recommend.
I do not like how I am quoted a billing amount that will be my portion after the insurance pays for the rest of the bill. The staff is always quoting me a lesser price then I get a bill later stating that my insurance did not cover this portion which makes my payment more. I would like to know before work is performed the correct amount of my portion of the bill is going to be. I never had this problem at any other dentist office. When I had made the appointment 6 montsh ago it was with Dr Bander and at our visit we saw Dr Bladwin. I didn't like getting a different doctor without my consent, espcially for my child.
