Dr. Mackay is kind and caring. His office staff are the same! Bethany Berghoffer who took care of me is amazing. She just made everything so easy and worry free. I was looking down below at the pictures of his entire team and I can say that each of the people I had contact with during my visits, which is most of them, were wonderful!!! All medical offices should be run like this one. Thank you all for being here. We are lucky to have you!
I had a great experience with Dr. Mackey's office! I had a varicose vein surgery. I had the ablation treatment for my vein. It was painless, fast, and no down time! The recovery is easy. Minimal bruising, and my leg is healing great! The staff is amazing at both Largo and Palm Harbor offices. I highly recommend them !
Best guy for legs hands down! I have tons of spider veins and I am in my mid 50s, I now wear short above my knee! I had a bad varicose vein down my back leg, GONE, and it didnt even hurt! Great helpful, friendly staff and clean office. Highly Recommend to anyone.
Dr. Mackay is no doubt my hero, I went to another physician locally and did not have positive results thinking there was no hope for my varicose veins. I was wrong, Dr. Mackay worked miracles on my legs. His staff was amazing, every person I came in contact with! I strongly recommend Dr. Mackay to all.
I would highly recommend Dr Mackey to anyone that is nervous to have vein surgery, He is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I had surgery on my saphenous and great saphanous veins, I asked him when he was inserting the tubing into the vein , he said I am all done, to my great satisfaction, since i was petrified prior to the surgery because of a bad experience at another surgeons office. I had no discomfort afterwards, just some bruising , the staff are all extremely nice .
Have used this doctor for almost a decade. He and his PA are excellent. Since their billing was shipped out to Ohio, can no longer get a straight answer regarding the bill. Letters to the office (twice) never were responded to. Like the doctor, but the office/billing causes me great concern.
