Waiting 90 minutes past my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! Why bother making appointments when you can’t be seen in a reasonable amount of time. My time is valuable too.

I have been receiving butulinum injections for blepharospasm for over thirty years from at least six different doctors. Recently the doctor who had treated me for several years left the practice, and I was told that my new doctor would be Dr. Logan. My medical group approved my next injection treatment, and I made the appointment to see Dr. Logan. When he walked into the room, I told him that I was there for my next treatment.
