TOO TOO LONG to get in. 3 hour wait
Dr. Logan was very courteous & honest about what he could & could not do for me.
The doctor is very professional and amiable. The waiting time is not acceptable. I was told it was because you get extra patients from doctor calls. I suggest you either take those patients only at the end of the day after scheduled patients or you tell your patients scheduled to come an hour after they are scheduled. A two hour wait time is not reasonable
Dr. Logan is not only knowledgeable, he’s kind, nice, attentive to his patients needs and concerns. He listens and provide me with information I need to make decisions on procedures etc. Dr. Logan also has a great sense of humor…… I love his jokes, he makes me laugh when I’m a lil nervous about things. We laugh together and it makes me feel better. The office was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Always greeted with a joyful smile and hello from all the staff in the office. Such professionalism!
The post surgery follow up was done by another provider and I had a very difficult time getting an appointment with Dr. Logan.I was not satisfied with the result of my surgery and still have major issues with my vision. Upon a follow-up with Dr. Logan I was offered additional surgery at a cost of $5000 but he did offer a CT scan. No second surgical opinion was offered to correct my current visual problems. Dr Logan is very knowledgeable in his field. I was born cross-eyed, so I have monovision and have a difficult time explaining to a lot of my doctors how I use my eyes being that I'm monovision. Dr Logan is very patient and understanding and is able to explain my vision issues to me so that I understand and know what's going on. Thank you Dr Logan.
