There is no chance I would ever recommend Dr. Logan. My wife got to the office at 10:00am, 40 minutes early so we could fill out the info that they required. We finished the info and she was called in to see the doctor 20 minutes later at 10:20am. They let her out after about 20 minutes, at 10:40am, because she had to wait for her eyes to be dialated. Dr. Logan was positive, upbeat and confident he could help correct my cataract condition. His confidence put me at ease. I am looking forward to this life changing surgery.
Dr. Logan and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They made a very pleasant experience for my first time at the office.
He was really knowledgeable and easy to understand and talk to.
I don’t feel like they informed me about the selections that are available I don’t know anything about this and when I left I still was not sure what we had gone over and why I should pick one over the other
Waiting 90 minutes past my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous! Why bother making appointments when you can’t be seen in a reasonable amount of time. My time is valuable too.
The office staff are great to work with, good attitudes and very organized. They are a pleasure to work with.
